  1. I am not a huge basketball fan but this was interesting to see all the legends who have played for the Lakers that Lebron James will be joining. Nice article!

    • Thank you Heidi! Yes, it sure will be interesting to see how he compares within the organization.

  2. It’s sure strange when a big player joins a new team. It can take a while for them to achieve legendary status. This kind of sounds similar to the soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo who just left Real Madrid after 9 astonishing years. He will now try to be Juventus legend. James and Ronnie are both such amazing athletes that they will probably both be successful.

    • Hey Tony, yes it sure can change the whole dynamic of the league. I like the comparison that you made between Ronaldo and LeBron. Two very successful stars that will be interesting to follow in their upcoming seasons.

  3. Lakers did have their share of great players. Not sure if I can get used to the idea of LeBron in a laker’s jersey. I liked him better with the Cav’s, but I could be a little biased living in Ohio. I understand players chasing the money since most of them don’t play for very long and who knows how much LeBron has left. He has had a good run so far. Let’s see how he will do with the Lakers.

    • Hey Jim, it sure will be a change to see him in a different jersey. He sure had some great years with Cleveland. Exciting to see what the rest of his career will hold and how much longer he will be playing, thank you!

  4. Wow, really good post, Lebron is one of my favorite basketball players of all times, he just so good all around player, he can do everything on court. I really liked that you told us a lot information about Lebron James career. And the best part for me that you told us about other hall of fame players which played for LA Lakers before Lebron. Thank you so much for this great post.

    • Glad you enjoyed the post. LeBron sure is a great player and one of the best to play the game!
